Actress Katie Holmes is set to present her clothing line Holmes & Yang at the New York Fashion Week.
The 33-year-old will present her show at the Lincoln Center September 9, reports contactmusic.com.
"This is a big deal for Katie to show in the tents, under the full attention of the fashion editors and the glare of the media scrutiny," femalefirst.co.uk quoted a source as saying.
Holmes founded Holmes & Yang with design partner Jeanne Yang in 2009.
"They could have done a small show elsewhere, so this proves she and Jeanne are very serious about their business," added the source.
The ready-to-wear line is stocked in exclusive boutiques including Barneys in New York and Harvey Nichols in London.
