Pop star Katy Perry and her funnyman husband Russell Brand have splashed out USD 6.5 million on a new pad in Los Angeles.
The star couple has purchased a 1920s mansion in Hollywood, which earlier belonged to former 'National Lampoon' chief executive Daniel Laiki, reported Contactmusic.
The house, which sits on three acres of land, boasts of nine bathrooms and seven bedrooms. The mansion was used inone series of reality TV dating show The Bachelor, which was hosted by Chris Harrison.
The couple, who married in a traditional Indian ceremony in October 2010, were in the look-out for a new abode after selling out their USD 3.395 million mansion in Los Feliz, California.
They had earlier stayed in a 1922 Mediterranean-style house, which had a swimming pool, four bedrooms and a three-car garage, sporadically for two years.
The new lavish mansion also has a outdoor private swimming pool and a guest house.
