New Delhi:
Arun Singh Rana continued his game from question #6 on Wednesday night's episode of Kaun Banega Crorepati. He played confidently giving, which clearly impressed host Amitabh Bachchan. Every time Mr Bachchan asked Arun Singh Rana how he came to conclusions for tricky questions (like #2 written below), the Delhi-based contestant gave well-reasoned answers, which made Mr Bachchan smile. Arun Singh Rana and Amitabh Bachchan also discussed the importance of sports in the overall development of children. Arun cleared the second milestone of the game with ease securing minimum 3,20,000 prize money. When Arun cleared the second milestone, his wife cheered and wolf-whistled from the audience's arena.
Mr Bachchan also thought that the younger generation can benefit from Mr Rana's views. Here's a sneak peak of the episode:
On the 12th question, Arun picked his jodidaar lifeline. Arun and his wife had different opinions and just Arun said his introductory video they argued and argues and finally used two more lifelines - 50:50 and then audience poll. On the 13th question, Arun used his lifeline - phone a friend - and won Rs 25 lakh. Arun said he wants to open a sports and fitness bar with the prize money.
After Arun won Rs 25 lakh, Mr Bachchan called Arun's grandfather, who became extremely emotional about Arun's success. Arun quit at question #14 and took home Rs 25,00,000. However, if he would have answered the question he would have won Rs 50,00,000.
For those aspiring to participate in the show in future, here's a sample of the questions you can expect (from religious to political) at the hot seat:
#1 On April 7, 1948, the constitution of WHO came into force. In what capacity is the day celebrated?
#2 Who among these leaders has served thrice as prime minister but never completed their term?
#3 In the Ramayan, on Ravana's orders, who captured Hanuman when he was destroying the Ashoka Vana?
#4 Which of these does not hold true for mammals?
Amitabh Bachchan conducted a fresh round of Fastest Finger first and Anita Singh arrived on the hot seat. Her game will begin on Thursday.
