Actress Kavita Kaushik, best known as Chandramukhi of television show FIR, has reportedly deactivated her Facebook account, saying she finds herself a 'misfit' on the social media platform. Kavita Kaushik described Facebook as a "time guzzling monster" and "a place where one gets to see morphed nudes of yourself if one is an actress." She added that coming across morphed pictures of herself on the social networking site made her 'livid' and now it "seems to have become an assault to my sense of taste, time and attention. So I really think I'm a misfit here. Clear the clutter is my new thing you can call it a fad, call it anything behind me those who want to because I am out." Some websites have also shared the screenshot of Kavita's post.

Meanwhile, Kavita Kaushik is currently active on her Twitter and Instagram accounts (both verified) but she hasn't mentioned about quitting Facebook on either of the platforms.

Apart from FIR, kavita Kaushik has featured in shows such as Kutumb, Kahaani Ghar Ghar Kii and Tumhari Disha.Kavita currently hosts crime series Savdhaan India on Star Bharat. Kavita Kaushik has also participated in reality show like Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa 8 and Comedy Circus Ka Jadoo. Kavita has films such as Mumbai Cutting and Ek Haseena Thi in Hindi and Vadhayiyaan Ji Vadhayiyaan and Nankana in Punjabi on her resume.
