Rolling Stones guitarist KeithRichards has confirmed he will return as Captain Teague forthe fifth Pirates of the Caribbean movie.
The 68-year-old musician is unsure when the nextinstallment of the hit franchise will start filming but hesaid that he will again make an appearance as the father ofJohnny Depp's lead character Captain Jack Sparrow, reportedAce Showbiz.
"So they say, you know, I've got the costume, and I'mwaiting for the heads up, but apparently there is. I don'tknow if it'll be next year that we shoot it or whatever, butas I say, you know, I got the costume and the beard and theshirt," Richards said.
The Brown Sugar rocker also said that he will know whenhe is required as soon as he hears from his friend and co-starDepp.
"I'll wait for a call from Johnny," he added.Richards previously appeared in the last two movies in theseries, Pirates of the Caribbean: At World's End andPirates of the Caribbean: On Stranger Tides.
