London: Reality TV star Khole Kardashian has quit as a spokesperson for animal rights group People for theEthical Treatment of Animals (PETA) following reports suggesting a member of the organisation was the woman whoflour bombed her sister Kim Kardashian at an event.
Kim was pelted with flour minutes after she arrived at a charity event in West Hollywood, Daily Star reported.
"I just received word that the woman responsible has very close ties to PETA, despite PETA publicly stating otherwise. Not only has PETA lied to the public, but they have proved that they support this kind of behavior."Bullying and harassment is never a solution and I won't be a part of any organization that thinks otherwise," Kholeposted on Twitter.
The attack was reportedly prompted by the socialite's refusal to stop wearing fur. However, PETA bosses insisted theflour attack had nothing to do with them as Kim threatened to press charges against the group.
