Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah (TMKOC) actress, Khushboo Tawde, got engaged to Marathi actor Sangram Salvi last weekend. The couple shared some beautiful moments from their engagement ceremony, which was a private affair. Sangram, who is a popular Marathi actor, posted a picture of them with their family and wrote, "We were engaged on the occasion of Akshaya Tritiya. Shaadi abhi baaki hai mere doston." Khushboo, who is best known for playing Bulbul in TMKOC, looked pretty in a fuchsia and bright yellow sari. She completed her look with the traditional Kolhapuri saaz jewellery. Incidentally, Sangram, who sported a blue bandhgala for the ceremonies, hails from Maharashtra's Kolhapur. She also shared a picture of the beautiful engagement ring, on Tuesday. "It just got real," she wrote and tagged her fiance Sangram. Congratulations to the couple.
The engagement was attended by actress Gauri Nalawade. Khushboo posted a picture of the two, thanking the Swapnanchya Palikadle actress for making it. She wrote, "Sister by blood, sister by heart. Thank you for being there for me."
Khushboo is known for her roles in shows like Pyaaar Kii Ye Ek Kahaani, Tere Liye and Tere Bin. She has also played Sangeeta, the 'dangerous' daughter-in-law in Mohnish Bahl's Hoshiyar... Sahi Waqt, Sahi Kadam.
Sangram was last seen in the Marathi film Mitwaa, co-starring Swwapnil Joshi. He is a popular face on Marathi television and has acted in shows like Devyani, where his famous dialogue tumchyasathi kay pan, which literally translates to 'anything for you', struck a chord with the audiences.
