Kichcha Sudeep has been seen in Ram Gopal Varma's Hindi films such as Phoonk and Rann.
Mumbai:
Kannada superstar Kichcha Sudeep, seen in Ram Gopal Varma (RGV) directed Hindi movies such as Phoonk and Rann, says he will team up with the filmmaker again, but this time only for the filmmaker's production venture.
"I am doing a film with Ram Gopal Varma, it is his production. Anurag Kashyap may also be involved with it," said Sudeep.
Asked when is the film going on floors, the 39-year-old said, "I am not sure. They said that they we will start shooting in September. I am directing a film that I need to finish before that."
Sudeep, who made his directorial debut with Kannada movie My Autograph, is also all praises for RGV and his style of filmmaking. So much so that the actor-director says RGV is not bound by any kind of genre when it comes to making films. "Ram Gopal Varma cannot have a genre at all. He creates genres," said Sudeep, adding, "He will come out with something (for our new film as well), I am sure. We are working on it. Let's see what happens."
Having made his mark with films such as Sparsha, Huchcha, Dhum, Swathi Muthu and My Autograph among others, Sudeep has also signed more regional films.
"I have signed six films in South but I am a one film man," said the actor, who is currently hosting the Kannada version of reality show Bigg Boss.
