Reality TV star Kim Kardashian has reportedly cut short her trip to Australia in the wake of her divorce news.
The 30-year-old socialite announced her split from basketball player Kris Humphries on Monday, just 72 days after their highly-publicised wedding in August.
Kim flew to Australia hours after filing divorce papers for a business trip to promote her new handbag line in Sydney with her sister Khloe, reported Contactmusic.
She appeared on Australian breakfast TV and discussed the break-up in her first post-split interview, and she was due to head to Melbourne on Saturday for a day at the races in conjunction with the Swisse vitamins brand.
However, the Keeping Up With The Kardashians star has now pulled out of the appearance with plans to cut her Australia trip short and fly home to the US.
"I am very disappointed that I am unable to attend the Swisse marquee but I hope to come back and work with the Swisse team at another point in time," she said in astatement.
