Reality TV star Kim Kardashian has taken to Twitter to stop a fan from having head to toe plastic surgery to look like her.The woman is going under the knife to save her marriage as her husband idolises the Keeping Up With The Kardashians star.Kardashian, who has over 4 million fans on Twitter,received a message from the woman who wrote, "I'm getting head 2 toe plastic surgery next week 2 look like Kim Kardashian so my husband won't leave me. He worships her."The 29-year old brunette beauty instantly tweeted the woman back."Please don't. Ur husband should love u 4 who u are!Don't try 2 b someone else. I'm sure u are beautiful inside & out! Just as u are(sic)," wrote Kardashian.
She then wrote a message to all her fans saying,
"Don't change yourself for anybody but yourself...be happy with who you are."
The model-actress has dodged plastic surgery rumours about herself and always maintained that her body is natural.
"I'm totally not against plastic surgery. I've tried Botox before. That's the only thing that I've done. I've never had my nose or my lips done," she had said in a recent interview.
