Kim Kardashian's very private Italian wedding to rapper Kanye West was marked by the conspicuous absence of a Disney princess puffball dress and the super-stylish presence of a Givenchy bib-fronted, lace-sleeved wonder. The Kim of trashy style (and maybe even of semi-nude selfies) could be a thing of the past, given her new husband's reputation for fashion forwardness (he wore Givenchy as well). This sparkling Balmain dress made it to Kim's Paris wardrobe:

Earlier this month, she managed to pull off sexy AND classy in midnight blue Lanvin at the Met Gala. Kanye's first-name proximity to style arbiters like Vogue's Anna Wintour also seems to be slowly ridding the tackiness from the other Kardashian wardrobes. Two weeks ago, Kim's little sister Kendall Jenner showed up at Cannes looking all sleek and elegant in Chanel.
