The duo, who announced their divorce last November,crossed path on Friday at the CAA/Grey Goose bash at SohoHouse, reported People magazine.
The 49-year-old actress arrived at the CAA Foundationbash before Kutcher, 33, and was spotted making conversationwith Madonna and manager Jason Weinberg.
Kutcher made the rounds at the party, then, as heapproached Moore's area, started chatting with Rumer, Demi'sdaughter with Bruce Willis.
The two were all laughs and smiles as they talked forabout 20 minutes before Willis, 23, went back to hanging outwith her mother.
Demi recently stepped out with model and personal trainerBlake Corl-Baiette and Kutcher also denied rumors that he wasdating writer-director Lorene Scafaria last month.
