Pop sensation Lady Gaga hasreportedly signed up to perform one song in space as part ofthe Zero G Colony high-tech musical festival in 2015.
The mysterious festival will take place over three days atNew Mexico's Spaceport America.
The 27-year-old Applause hitmaker performance is said tobe planned for the third day of the concert series at dawn,reported the New York Daily News.
"She has to do a month of vocal training because of theatmosphere. Gaga has taken out a ridiculous life insurancepolicy!," a source said.
The event will mark the first time that a pop artiste hasperformed in space.
Gaga, who will be boarding Richard Branson's 'VirginGalactic' ship, is not the only pop star with plans to explorethe final frontier.
Justin Bieber, Katy Perry, Rihanna and Lance Bass have allsigned up to take a ride on the Virgin Galactic ship when itlaunches.
