Singer Lily Allen and her builder boyfriend Sam Cooper are expecting their first child.The 25-year-old star is three months pregnant, Sun reported online.
"It brings me great pleasure to tell you that Sam and I are expecting our first child. It goes without saying that we are both absolutely delighted," Allen told the newspaper.
Allen, daughter of comedian and actor Keith Allen, started dating her builder boyfriend, 32, last summer. They told friends and family the news at the weekend. The singer had sparked pregnancy rumours when she shunned cigarettes and alcohol at the Wireless festival last month.
The Smile hitmaker has already hinted that she was retiring from pop music. She recently cancelled a performance at the Benicassim music festival in Spain.
