New Delhi: Lindsay Lohan, whose father Michael Lohan took a paternity test recently which confirmed that 17-year-old Ashley Horn is his daughter - reportedly said she wants nothing to do with her and called the situation a "circus".
A source close to the 26-year-old starlet told gossip website TMZ.com she has no personal issue with Ashley but finds the situation "disgusting" because her father was still married to her mother Dina when he had a fling with Ashley's mother Kristi Horn.
The insider said that Lindsay is completely over the "circus" and has no desire to ever meet her half-sister because she thinks her life is less dramatic without her father, who she cut out of her life in October after he recorded and released a private telephone conversation between them to the public in which she was fighting with Dina and accused her of being on drugs.
Michael admitted he is disappointed by Lindsay's feelings.
He said: "I am sorry to hear Lindsay feels that way. I met Ashley and she is a good kid. But we all have our choices to make in life, as well as our own prerogatives. Who knows, maybe someday things will change. Regardless, I want the best for all my kids."
Earlier this week Lindsay claimed she didn't know about Ashley when asked about her in a TV interview.
She said: "I didn't even hear that, so thanks for the news. I don't pay attention to any of it. I can't. I don't really want to get into that because I want to stay on the positive side of things."
