Troubled star Lindsay Lohanis facing a $1 million lawsuit from a rehab worker who hasalleged that the actress assaulted her last year.
The 25-year-old actress was at the Betty Ford clinicin California last year, where she served three months ofcourt-ordered treatment.
Dawn Holland, who now uses the name Dawn Bradley, waspart of the facility during Lohan's serving term. She has nowaccused Lohan of being violent towards her when she tried toadminister a breathalyzer test last December.
Dawn has alleged that Lohan grabbed her wrist and"twisted and pulled it for 8-10 seconds", reported TMZ online.
Dawn, who highlighted the incident, was fired from herjob for talking to the media and she later took her complaintto police.
However, she dropped her claims, insisting she nolonger wanted to co-operate with the investigation and Lohandid not face any criminal charges.
But Dawn now plans to re-open the case and will filethe lawsuit today. She is also seeking at least $1 million.
