The 25-year-old was granted the ruling by Los Angeles Superior Court, after she had claimed that, David Cocordan is bombarding her with text messages and showed up at her home with chocolates and in magazine articles he had doctored to make it appear as if they were dating, reported Contactmusic.

The
Mean Girls star also signed a declarationclaiming he had called or texted her more than 100 times toexpress "delusional thoughts and irrational feelings about hisbelief that he and Lohan are in a relationship".
Detective in the Threat Management Department lookedinto Cocordan and discovered he suffers from schizophrenia. Heis off his medication and has a "significant psychiatrichistory of acting on his delusional beliefs".
Recently, Lohan claimed Cocordan had claimed to killher and even posted a picture of him on her Twitter page inthe grounds of her home, although it was later removed.
"This is the free mason stalker that has beenthreatening to kill me while he is trespassing! I am actuallyscared now. All my fans, my supporters, please stand by me(sic)," she wrote on twitter.
