- The troubled starlet, who has been battling to pay off hefty tax debts and was allegedly forced to beg a friend in New York City for the loan of a place to stay because she couldn't afford rent recently, will fly to Rio de Janeiro on Wednesday (27.03.13) with a small entourage.
- Lindsay, who has been in rehab five times since 2007, was recently hit with another huge tax bill of $56,717.90 from 2011, and still has two other outstanding payments to make.
- The promotional trip will take place after she films scenes for her friend Charlie Sheen's show Anger Management on Monday and Tuesday.
- Lindsay must enter a rehab clinic, where she will reportedly be treated for alcohol dependency and an addiction to prescription drugs, before May 2.
- However, insiders previously admitted they are unsure how well the course of treatment will go, as the actress still doesn't think she has a problem and only agreed to go to rehab to avoid jail.
