Lindsay Lohan's legal woesseem to be never ending as the troubled actress has been hitwith a lawsuit over an unpaid tanning bill.
Tanning Vegas owner Lorit Simon claimed that hespray-tanned the freckled-face actress from 2007 to 2009, buthas not received any payment so far.
According to a lawsuit filed in Nevada last week, the'Mean Girls' star has been asked to settle the USD 41,031 debtcoupled with legal fees and interest, TMZ online reported.
It is not the first time the 24-year-old actress hasbeen sued by Simon, who accused her back in 2009 of stealingthe formula of her tanning spray and selling it under herSevin Nyne label.
The spray tan lawsuit comes at a bad time for Lohan,who recently grabbed headlines on suspicion of stealing adesigner necklace from a boutique in California.
