Troubled Hollywood starlet Lindsay Lohan's mother Dina is threatening to take the makers of hit TV show 'Glee' to court over a "tasteless" joke about her daughter.
'Glee' took a jab at Lindsay, who is currently in rehab to cure herself of drug and alcohol addictions, in a recent episode guest starring Gwyneth Paltrow.
In the episode, Paltrow plays a Spanish teacher whose lesson included saying, "Lindsay Lohan is totally crazy, right?" in Spanish.
The Academy award winning actress then quizzed the students about number 5 by asking, "How many times has Lindsay Lohan been to rehab?"
Dina has deemed the joke a form of defamation, stating "Shame on them for making fun of a deadly problem."
She is not taking this lightly and is planning a lawsuit. "Our lawyers are sending a letter to Glee. Lindsay has an issue that millions of people around the world are dealing with yet 'Glee' is treating addiction as a laughing matter," a representative for Lindsay added.
