Troubled star Lindsay Lohan hashad her probation revoked and could face as much as eightmonths in jail.
The 26-year-old Liz & Dick actress didn't appear incourt when the presiding judge, Commissioner Jane Godfrey, sether next court date for January 15, reported TMZ online.
In addition to having her probation revoked, she was alsoarraigned on the misdemeanours that were reported earlier,associated with her June 2012 auto accident in which sheallegedly lied to police officers after her Porsche hit atruck on the Pacific Coast Highway.
Originally, Lohan told police she was not driving thePorsche, but it was later revealed that she was indeed theperson behind the wheel at the time of the accident.That is not the only legal trouble that Lohan has been inlately. She was involved in a recent fracas at a New York Cityclub, where Lohan reportedly slugged Tiffany Mitchell, awell-known psychic.
Lately she has been travelling around the country withThe Wanted and according to rumours the band's Max George isLohan's latest love interest.
