Los Angeles:
Actress Lindsay Lohan's mother says her daughter was not axed from Linda Lovelace biopic Inferno, which is about a drug addict and a port star. "She turned Inferno down," said Dina Lohan.
In November, the film's director Matthew Wilder announced they were withdrawing their offer from Lohan saying it was impossible to insure the star.
However, Dina says that's not the real story, and that the 24-year-old had walked out of the edgy project on her own, reports usmagazine.com.
"The movie is about a drug addict and a porn star... it is hard when you are a serious actor with what she has been through, we don't need that."
