The teaser of Rajinikanth's next project titled Lingaa, which released on November 1, marks the return of the actor in all his glory.
Bollywood actress Sonakshi Sinha, who make her Tamil film debut opposite the star, also made a great first impression in the 41 second long clip. Sonakshi is seen matching steps with the actor in the teaser.
The teaser is devoid of any dialogues. Instead, one can hear chants of Lingaa in the background corroborating Rajinikanth's overwhelming and crisp attitude in the clip.
Named after Rajinikanth's grandson (Dhanush and Aishwarya's son) and directed by filmmaker KS Ravikumar, the movie is slated to release on December 12.
The film's music is given by Oscar winning composer AR Rahman and also stars actor Anushka Shetty as the second female lead.
