Actress Lisa Haydon skipped the promotion of her forthcoming film The Shaukeens in Delhi on Friday as she is suffering from dengue, said her co-stars.
"Lisa is unwell. She was supposed to be here. We apologise for her absence. She is suffering from dengue," Akshay Kumar told reporters here.
Lisa was set to attend The Shaukeens event, a film which is tagged as a "coming-of-age" comedy, but couldn't make it due to illness.
"Her mother has also come from Mumbai," he added.

Written by Tigmanshu Dhulia and directed by Abhishek Sharma, the movie will release on November 7.
