Lohan to be paid $1 mn for post-prison interview
London: It seems trouble spells profit for actress Lindsay Lohan, who will earn $1 million by sharing her experience during her 13-day ordeal in the prison in an exclusive interview to OK! Magazine.

The 24-year-old, who was sentenced to 90 days behind bars for violating her probation relating to a 2007 arrest and was transferred to a drug and alcohol treatment facility Aug 2, is set to make a fortune from speaking about the ordeal, reports contactmusic.com.

Although still in rehab, Lohan is reported to require less care than was first assumed by doctors, meaning she may gain an early release - subject to a judge's decision. After checking out, the actress, known for her roles in The Parent Trap and Mean Girls, will tell all to the magazine, which has secured the exclusive first interview.

Lohan has been a constant source of controversy. In May, she missed a DUI progress hearing as she was busy attending the Cannes Film Fest in France. She was ordered to wear an alcohol monitoring ankle bracelet by Superior Court Judge Marsha Revel, but didn't follow the instructions.

On June 6, Lohan was deemed not to have complied with her requirement to attend regular deaddiction classes - amongst other measures - and was given a 90 day prison sentence.
