Pop diva Madonna has been accused ofcopying her latest single Give Me All Your Luvin from atrack by a Brazilian musician.
Joao Brasil claimed that the chorus of the MaterialGirl's new song, which she performs with Nicki Minaj and MIA,is a rip-off of his own tune Love Banana, reported DailyStar.
Brasil's record company bosses and legal team are nowconsidering whether to take court action over the allegation.
"I still don't understand what happened. I'm a huge fanof hers. If it's plagiarism, then even better. She is alwaysat the cutting edge of music, so it's a good sign about what Ido."It's in their hands, they're looking at how to proceedand what they can do. But personally I don't want to doanything.
