Lady Gaga has opened upabout accusations she ripped off Madonna's 'Express Yourself'in her new single 'Born This Way', saying that she hasreceived the Queen of Pop's "complete support" over the track.
The 24-year-old singer sparked controversy after theFriday release of her highly-anticipated track, which shehailed as an anthem for a new generation.
Fans and online critics pointed out the track isalmost identical to Madonna's 1989 classic.
In an interview with US chat show host Jay Leno, theGrammy winning singer insisted the Material Girl has no issuewith her song and so neither should anybody else, reported E!online.
"There is really no one that is a more adoring andloving Madonna fan than me. I am the hugest fan personally andprofessionally.
"Well, the good news is that I got an email from herpeople and her, sending me their love and complete support onbehalf of the single and if the queen says it shall be, thenit shall be," said Gaga.
