London: 'Queen of Pop' Madonna is all set torelease her 12th studio album next spring, which will be afollow-up to her previous one Hard Candy.
The 53-year-old singer has confirmed she has started workon the album with producer William Orbit, Contactmusicreported.
"I've started a little bit of work in the studio and thenwhen I go back to New York I'll be recording until the end ofthe year," she said.
Madonna is currently attending the Venice Film Festival -where she is promoting her new directorial W.E.
When asked what fans can expect from her latest album,she replied nothing else than "more good music."
The first single from the record is expected to bereleased in February.
Earlier, her manager Guy Oseary had said that Madonna wasback in the studio working on her 12th studio album.
