Manoj Bajpai says he is delighted to be a part of the movie

Malayalam hit Traffic is beingremade in Hindi with actor Manoj Bajpai, Parambrata andBengali Superstar Prosenjit in key roles.
The newly launched Eyedentity Motion Pictures, which ispart of TV production house Endemol India, today announced theremake. The film, slated go into production in July, isscheduled for a 2013 release.
Traffic intertwines multiple stories around oneparticular incident bringing together five protagonists fromdiverse backgrounds and a series of events that change theirdestiny.
Suresh Nair has adapted the script to Hindi while itsfilmmaker Rajesh Pillai is directing the Hindi version aswell.
"Our acquisition of Traffic heralds the advent ofEyedentity Motion Pictures in mainstream Bollywood cinema. AtEndemol, we have always believed that if the content isstrong, it will always find its audience and Traffic meetsthat criteria in every respect...," said Deepak Dhar, CEOEndemol India.
