Marriage Is Dead, Says Cameron Diaz
New York: She is one of Hollywood's most eligible bachelorettes but  Cameron Diaz has no plans to tie the knot, ever.

The 38-year-old who was in the top 10 of men's magazine Maxim's annual 'Hot 100' list, said that she considers marriage a dead institution, reported Huffington Post online.

The actress said that she and boyfriend, baseball player Alex Rodriguez are "awesome" together but she has no plans to marry him.

"Marriage is a dying institution. I think we have to make our own rules. I don't think we should live our lives in relationships based off old traditions that don't suit our world any longer," said the 'Charlies Angels' star.

The former model who plays a pot-smoking, man-eater middle school teacher in her upcoming film 'Bad Teacher', has dated actor Matt Dillon and singers Jared Leto and Justin Timberlake in the past.
