Friends star Matthew Perry is selling his beachfront Malibu home for $ 13.5 million - more than double of what he paid for it.
The 42-year-old's 5,500 square foot beachfront home - known as Pier House - sits on 2.32 acres and has four bedrooms and six bathrooms, reported Daily Mail.
The master suite features a sitting area, fireplace and an ocean-view window seat, and although the property is located right on the beach, it still comes with its own swimming pool.
Earlier this year, Perry said he is taking an off for few months to tackle with his ongoing sobriety issues.
The actor who has previously dealt with substance abuse issues checked into an in-patient facility in 1997 and 2001.
"I'm making plans to go away for a month to focus on my sobriety and to continue my life in recovery. Please enjoy making fun of me on the world wide web," Perry said.
