MatthewMcConaughey says that his girlfriend, Brazilian model CamilaAlves, looks beautiful even after long treks, which leave himmuddy and sweaty.
One of McConaughey's most memorable workouts was ahike he took during a trip to French Polynesia with Alves, 28,the mother of his two children Vida, 1, and Levi, 2, reported a website.
"We went up to 3,000 feet and I had on hiking shoesand I was all set up and ready to go. Camila was wearingHawaiian sandals and a white skirt. I came down to the bottomof that hill afterward and had blood on me, all muddy and thatgirl didn't have a speck of dust on her, looking beautiful,"said McConaughey.
As for his workout preference, McConaughey enjoysusing heavy rocks to help maintain his trim physique. "You get a full-body workout just by finding out howmany positions you can manage without having to set the rockon the ground," said the actor who is a self-confessedexercise freak.
"I'm not a professional athlete. But I have a jobwhere I like to look good and be as healthy as possible," hesaid.
