Former Spice Girl Melanie Brown's daughter has filed a battery police report against her father after he allegedly refused to let her leave his Los Angeles home.
The Spice Girls star's eldest daughter, Phoenix Chi, filed a complaint against her father Jimmy Gulzar on October 10 claiming he grabbed her arm when she tried to leave, Contactmusic reported.
The 12-year-old's stepfather Stephen Belafonte arrived at Gulzar's home to take her along and called police to the property when the former dancer refused to let the youngster leave.
Brown, who wed with Gulzar in 1998 when was a backing dancer on the Spice Girls' world tour, divorced after a year and the singer was granted custody of their daughter.
