Actor Michael Caine has revealed in his autobiography that he thought he would be fired after his debut performance in the 1964 historical war film Zulu.
The 81-year-old Educating Rita star said he felt he was very bad on the first day of his shoot and thought his career was over, reported The Daily Mirror. (Also Read: When Michael got locked in his attic)
"The stakes were high; this was my big break. I broke out in a sweat, my heart pounding. I wasn't just bad, I was very bad. Career over, I thought," the actor has said.
