London:
Mila Kunis thought her alleged stalker looked like he "could eat" her.
Los Angeles Detective John Gregozek testified that the 28-year-old actress was "scared" of Stuart Lynn Dunn - who has been charged of two counts of felony stalking after being accused of obsessively pursuing the brunette beauty - at a preliminary hearing at Los Angeles Superior Court yesterday.
Gregozek, who has interviewed Mila twice in connection to the case, claims she was "110 per cent in fear for her safety" and quoted the Ted star as saying, Dunn had "crazy eyes" as he recalled what she told him the last time she saw the 27-year-old man.
Judge Edmund Willcox Clarke Jr. has ordered Dunn to stand trial on June 27th for the charges and he is due back at the Los Angeles courthouse.
Dunn has been in custody, in lieu of $150,000 bail, ever since he was arrested on May 4th after he allegedly followed Mila to her gym and waited in the parking lot for her to emerge, three days in a row.
He had pleaded no contest to unauthorised entry of a dwelling in February after he broke into a vacant condo she owned back in January and temporarily inhabited the property. Following the incident, he was ordered to stay away from the Friends With Benefits star for three years.
But Dunn's attorney Ruchi Gupta claims he was never a "credible threat" to Mila and hasn't ever contacted her personally. If convicted of the charges Dunn faces up to four years in prison.
