The latest Twitter feud has Grand Masti writer Milap Zaveri and filmmaker Anurag Kashyap in opposing corners. The volley of online invective is, however, currently one-sided with Mr Zaveri slamming Mr Kashyap for saying in an interview to Bollywood Hungama that he wouldn't watch the Zaveri-written sex comedies Masti and Grand Masti were he even 'paid Rs 5 crores'.
Milap Zaveri, who also directs upcoming sex comedy Mastizaade, lashed out at the Bombay Velvet director in a series of tweets.
Anurag Kashyap says if someone gives him 5 cr also he won't see #Masti or #GrandMasti Maybe that's why most of his films don't do even 5cr!

Mr Zaveri pointed out that Anurag Kashyap is currently promoting the sex comedy Hunterrr, produced by his company Phantom Films.
Anurag made these tacky remarks about #GrandMasti while promoting his own sex com #Hunterrr How's that for double standards?

Mr Zaveri, whose writing credits also include last year's Ek Villain and Ungli, was careful to make it clear that he wasn't objecting to Mr Kashyap's dislike of the films, simply the terms the said dislike were couched in. He also said that he admired movies produced by Phantom Films.
Everyone has a right to not like something. But that dislike can be expressed in a civil manner without being derogatory Mr Kashyap.

I loved #Queen n #Lootera made by @VikramMotwane n @BahlVikas n respect them for being civil in the interview unlike Anurag.

Mr Zaveri found a supporter in filmmaker Pritish Nandy's daughter Rangita, who is producing Mastizaade, which stars Sunny Leone, Tusshar Kapoor and Vir Das. She tweeted:
Yo @zmilap, I've got your substantial back(side)! #MilapVSAnurag #AaaaandMilapWINS!

Meanwhile, there has been silence so far from Anurag Kashyap.
