A couple that works out together stays together. This version of the age-old saying holds true for Milind Soman and Ankita Konwar. The power couple that casually drops fitness inspiration and sets relationship goals on social media popped up on our Instagram feed yet again. On Friday, Ankita Konwar shared a video of herself working out with the Mugdar. A note embedded in the clip says, “Trying out something new.” So where have you seen the Mugdar before? In the hands of Ankita Konwar's husband Milin Soman. The veteran model has often shared visuals of himself with the traditional workout tool and was more than happy to share it with Ankita. Reacting to the clip, Milind Soman said, “Amazing to see you using my Mugdar,” with a heart-eye emoji. Can this couple get any cuter?
If you didn't fall in love with the video, you are sure to love Ankita Konwar's caption that she attached to the post. She wrote, “No woman is ever a damsel in distress." Ankita added, "Tried this new workout with a Mugdar. So much fun.” Fans of the couple dropped clap and heart emojis in the comment section.

Milind Soman, too, shared a post of himself exercising with the Mugdar. In the caption, he wrote, “Mugdals are fun. This one is 10kg, getting more comfortable slowly, started with 7kg in April.”

Even on holiday, the two do not let go of their fitness routine. In one such post from Gujarat, Milind Soman wrote, “Beaches are just so much fun. And so many things to do…” The post features Milind and Ankita Konwar performing some yoga asanas on the beach.
Ankita Konwar and Milind Soman have been married since 2018. He rose to fame with an appearance in the music video of the song Made In India.
