For actor Milind Soman, the idea of fitness is more than just "six packs and biceps" - his words. The 55-year-old fitness enthusiast opened up about what fitness means to him in a lengthy post on Instagram. "So much discussion on fitness now-a-days! Fitness to me has always been more than six packs and biceps. Fitness starts and ends in the mind, which is the weakest part of most of us, and the body follows where the mind leads. Sometimes to great heights, sometimes to destruction, the choice is mine," read an excerpt from Milind's post. He also detailed his understanding of fitness in 10 points, writing: "Fitness can be evaluated as abilities according to several parameters, and my personal top ten are, in order of importance."
Along with his definition of fitness, Milind Soman also shared a video of his working out. Milind Soman and his wife Ankita Konwar are currently living in a farmhouse somewhere in the hills.
Milind Soman's post on fitness comes days after he shared his diet plan in an Instagram post, which went crazy viral on the Internet. On Friday, Milind shared a glimpse of one of his meals and wrote: "Since a lot of you have been asking about what I eat, here you go! This is the usual, might change depending on where I am and what is available."
Earlier, Milind had written about not requiring a gym or work out gear for one to stay fit: "You don't need a gym or any equipment, all you need to do is find a few seconds, and keep your eyes open for an opportunity! Beauty and opportunity are everywhere. Keep your eyes open."
On Instagram recently, he was spotted working out with a watermelon. Yes, you read that right.
