Actor Hrithik Roshan, who will next be seen in Ashutosh Gowariker's period piece Mohenjo Daro, shared the poster of the film on Twitter on Tuesday. Hrithik, who introduced his character as Sarman, features in rugged clothing and unkempt hair in the poster.
He also wears a determined expression on his face and carries a weapon of sorts with himself, for Sarman is "the manifestation of love and power."

Earlier on Tuesday, the makers released the first motion poster of the movie and kept the suspense alive by not offering any sneak peek of the characters.

In an interview to IANS, Ashutosh said: "For Hrithik, Mohenjo Daro has been extremely challenging in the wake of his shoulder injury. We have tried to be careful not to aggravate his injury. And he is pushing all limits to perform the gruelling stunts."
Mohenjo Daro is an epic love story set in the era of the Indus Valley Civilization. It also stars actress Pooja Hegde and has music composed by A R Rahman. Mohenjo Daro releases on August 12.
