And her latest set of images are sure to leave you with a smile on your face as the actress is seen in a lovely flower garden. She is surrounded by flowers of various hues of pinks and reds, and might we say that they do little justice to just how stunning the actress looks in the photos.
Dressed in a simple black floral dress, a black bag and sneakers, the actress can be seen gazing at the camera with a coy smile in a few pictures. And as always, the actress made sure to pen a meaningful caption that revealed her spiritual bent of mind as well. She wrote, "Grateful for err'ything err'yday! Hugs & kisses to all the dreamers, lovers & artists!" and followed this up with a bunch of flower emoticons.
Fans seemed to love the actress' post about the importance of gratitude. One fan commented, "And we are grateful for you," while Mouni's friend, actress Aashka Goradia left a series of heart-eyed emojis in the comment section.
The actress, who is known for her fitness levels and toned physique, also penned a note on what Yoga meant to her on the occasion of International Yoga Day. Sharing a photo of herself meditating, she wrote, "So.... can't begin to explain how yoga and meditation has helped change my mindset and in turn has brought positive impact on my body.. it is so so important to include yoga in daily life for a person's body, mind and soul. Start slow and steady, simple things, what your body can adapt quickly, slowly you will see your body and mind asking for more. Replace the craving for bad with the good. Slow & steady. One tiny change at a time."
She further added that Yoga has helped her be "less vague and anxious", and also brought about some physical and mental discipline in her life. Read the complete note here.
In another note, Mouni also revealed her relationship with spirituality. In a long post, she wrote, " I had invited God to come into my life but I had no idea how I thought things should be or how often I would close the door to God and let my will run wild. But with each struggle I have with God, I learn more about His beauty, love and patience. He isn't so far removed from me now. He's become my best friend..." Take a look.
