New Delhi: Tracking down your doppelganger - of which it is said everyone has seven each - doesn't seem to be too difficult in the age of Google, especially when social media is on hand to do it for you. The world appears to be simply crawling with celebrity lookalikes - after doubles for Priyanka Chopra and Shah Rukh Khan were found, TV star Mouni Roy's doppelganger has now been discovered and she's also an actress.

You might have seen her playing Alia in popular TV show Yeh Hai Mohabbatein but that's not why Krishna Mukherjee is making headlines. She's suddenly found social media fame because of her resemblance to 30-year-old Mouni.

Here's a quick look at her Instagram entries:

In an interview with Spotboye.com, Krishna revealed that she is aware of the resemblance but Mouni thinks otherwise: "People keep telling me that I look like Mouni. I also think there's a strong resemblance, but Mouni doesn't agree," she said.

Krishna also told Spotboye.com that while she considers being told that she looks like Mouni a compliment, she would also love to have her individual identity: "Mouni is pretty, talented and we both are Bengalis. The comparisons don't bother me much. In fact, I take it as a compliment. But yes, once in a while, I feel sad as I want to carve my own identity."

Mouni Roy has starred in shows like Pati Patni Aur Woh, Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi and Devon Ke Dev...Mahadev. She is currently playing the lead role in Naagin.

Weeks ago, Priyanka Chopra's mother was almost fooled by how like the Quantico actress Vancouver-based fitness vlogger Navpreet Banga looks.

Soon after, actor Ssumier S Pasricha was revealed to be very SRK-like under his 'Pammi Aunty' persona:
