Director: Ravikumar Chaval

Srimannarayana, starring Natasimhamam Balakrishna and Isha Chawla is an action entertainer with a social message.

The plot revolves around Srimannarayana (played by Balakrishna), a powerful journalist who is falsely implicated in the murder of his father by a minister Bail Reddy (played by Jayaprakash Reddy) and a bank manager Rajan Modaliyar (played by Kota Srinivasa Rao). Sriman's father is, infact, killed by these very men who eye the donation money he has collected for farmers. However, Srimannarayana is able to secue bail and plots his revenge against the culprits.

On the romance front, the journalist's colleague (played by Parvati Melton) loses her heart to him but there's a twist in the tale - Srimannarayana is in love with his sister-in-law Bhanu (Isha Chawla).

Balakrishna looks handsome and delivers a power-packed performance. He dances with ease and also performs the action sequences very well. The songs of the movie are entertaining and have been shot in beautiful locations. Both the heroines Isha Chawla and Parvati Melton fill the glamour slot effectively though there is not much scope for them to perform. Suresh puts in a powerful performance as a villain in the film and other artistes too have done justice to their roles. The screenplay is very tight and the director does not lose his grip on the story at any point.

Watch the film with no expectations and you won't be disappointed.
