London: Hollywood star Scarlett Johansson,whose explicit pictures were stolen from her mobile and leakedon the internet, says the incident was unjust.
The 26-year-old actress said that when one's personalprivacy is violated, it feels immoral, reported Daily Mailonline.
"I think the question is kind of redundant, I think. Whodoesn't want to protect their own privacy? Just because you'rean actor or make films or whatever doesn't mean you're notentitled to your own personal privacy. If that is sieged insome way, it feels unjust. It feels wrong," she said.
Since the scandal first emerged, Johansson said that shetook the naked photographs of herself, which were leakedonline after someone hacked into her phone.
She reportedly called the FBI in to investigate how theprivate photographs were hacked from her mobile phone andthreatened legal action against anyone who publishes them.Authorities are now said to be 'honing in' on thecriminal gang, with the identity of one of the ringleadersknown to the FBI.
"I think there are certain instances where you give a lotof yourself and finally you have to kind of put your foot downand say, 'Oh wait, I'm taking it back'," she said.
Johansson became the latest victim of the phone-hackingring. Other stars reportedly targeted include actressesJessica Alba, Vanessa Hudgens, Selena Gomez and Miley Cyrus,as well as singer Christina Aguilera.
