Telugu superstar Nagarjuna's mother Akkineni Annapoorna died at their home in Hyderabad. She was 79.
According to reports, Annapoorna had been ill for a while and was receiving treatment at a private hospital.
Annapoorna, born in Dendaluru, married Akkineni Nageswar Rao on February 18,1949. Nageswara Rao and Annapoorna have two sons and three daughters.
Akkineni Annapoorna, who has produced many hit Telugu film, has a studio in her name in Hyderabad.
