Akkineni Akhil has shot down rumours about his debut film
Chennai:
Akkineni Akhil, younger son of Telugu actor Akkineni Nagarjuna, has shot down rumours of signing his debut film and said he is still gearing up to take the plunge.
"Hey everyone! Just clearing the air, I haven't signed any movie at the moment. I'm still in the process of getting ready for my debut. A debut isn't a joke, so taking all the advice and help I need to set up the right script," Akhil posted on his Twitter page.
It was reported that Akhil would make his cinematic debut in upcoming Telugu comedy-drama Manam featuring his grandfather Nageswara Rao, father Nagarjuna, and elder brother Naga Chaitanya.
"I'm more excited than anyone and I will announce as soon as I have finalised a project, very soon. Until then lying low and gearing up for the biggest day of my life," he further posted.
Akhil faced the camera as a baby in Telugu comedy Sisindri, inspired by Hollywood film Baby's Day Out.
