Naomi Campbell says that the racial issue has worsened in the fashion industry.

Supermodel Naomi Campbell has accusedseveral fashion designers of snubbing models from an ethnicbackground.
The 43-year-old model insists some casting agents onlywant to hire white models and she fears the issue has worsenedsince she began her career in the industry more than 25 yearsago, reported Contactmusic.
"I'm saying the act of not choosing models of colour isracist. So... we're not calling them racist, we are saying theact is racist... What we are asking for is that you are basedon your talent, on your beauty, not on the colour of yourskin," she said.
Campbell insists only 15 per cent of models who hit thecatwalk during New York Fashion Week earlier this month wereof black or Asian origin, but she appeared more optimisticabout the ongoing London Fashion Week.
"I think London will do the right thing."
