The actor has been shooting for high-octane scenes for his upcoming revenge drama
Mumbai:
While most actors are falling backwards trying to convince their filmmakers for doing their own stunts, looks like there's no stopping Naseeruddin Shah. It has been 14 years since the senior actor performed some power-packed stunts for China Gate. Buzz is that for producer Anjum Rizvi's next, the 62-year-old Mr Shah shot for some strenuous action scenes over five consecutive nights.
A source from the Ahishor Solomon-directed film informs, "Naseer saab was often heard telling the director that he has not taken so much of physical and challenging effort in any film recently. This film has been physically demanding on him. It is a revenge drama and has a lot of action between him and Randeep Hooda who is playing lead alongside Naseer Saab."
Rizvi says, "Naseerbhai was joking that hum logo ne unko thaka diya and bahut mehnat karva rahe hai. I will say that the actions scenes in the film are very convincing and have been designed keeping his age in mind. His avatar will remind you of his roles from way back in the '90s."
