Filmmaker lyricist Vignesh Shivn, who is dating actress Diana Mariam Kuriyan - popularly known as Nayanthara - celebrated his 32th birthday in the Big Apple with her on Tuesday. The 32-year-old director posted a couple of adorable pictures featuring himself and Nayanthara and also wrote a heartfelt message thanking his 'sunshine' on Twitter. In the pictures shared by Vignesh, the couple can be seen twinning in white and they apparently had a great time together at the Times Square in New York. In no time, the pictures went crazy viral on Twitter. In the pictures, Vignesh wrote: "Have never ever dreamt of having a birthday like this. Thanking God first and my dear sunshine for making this life so beautiful and bright."

Another picture of Vignesh and Nayanthara is all over the social media. A fan club shared the picture on Instagram in which the duo can be seen chilling at the Brooklyn Bridge in the New York City. Vignesh Shivn, who is known for movies like Naanum Rowdy Dhaan, Thaana Serndha Kootam and Podaa Podi, is all smiles with Nayanthara, who is looking adorable in a striped dress, in the picture.
Vignesh Shivn is currently working on Thaanaa Serndha Koottam, which stars actors Suriya and Karthi in the lead roles. The film is slated to release in January next year while Nayanthara, who featured in Vignesh's Naanum Rowdy Dhaan, is awaiting the release of Aramm which will hit the screens on September 29. She will be playing the role of a district collector in the movie. Nayanthara also has Imaikkaa Nodigal in the pipeline.
