Actor Nayanthara and filmmaker Vignesh Shivan's love story is nothing short of a fairy tale. On June 9, the couple got married in a dreamy wedding ceremony at a resort in Mahabalipuram, near Chennai. It was an intimate affair with their close friends and VIP guests, including Shah Rukh Khan, AR Rahman, Suriya, and Rajinikanth, in attendance. There is no doubt that the wedding pictures -- that sent the internet into a meltdown -- were oh-so-dreamy. And while the couple has got back to fulfilling their work commitments, Netflix is all set to make us relive this fairy tale.
Sharing a series of mushy pictures featuring the couple, the streaming platform announced that a documentary on Nayanthara and Vignesh Shivan's love story is set to premiere soon on Netflix India. “These images of Nayanthara and Vignesh have us seeing stars. BRB, we're doing a little happy dance ourselves because THEY'RE coming to Netflix. it's beyond a fairy tale,” the caption of the post, shared by Netflix India reads. The OTT giant has partnered with Rowdy Pictures and filmmaker Gautham Vasudev Menon for this project.

In the project, the name of which remains under wraps, fans will get to see Nayanthara and Vignesh's love story, which eventually culminated in the beautiful wedding. Previously, sharing a set of wedding pictures, Vignesh Shivan had written, "On a scale of 10 ... She's Nayan and am the one. By God's Grace. Just married #Nayanthara".
Vignesh Shivan recently also gave fans glimpses of his vacation with Nayanthara in Thailand. The filmmaker flooded our social media feed with pictures from the honeymoon. Dropping some cute sun-kissed pictures with Nayanthara, Vignesh kept it simple with a red heart and lovestruck emoticons in the caption.
Earlier this month, the couple celebrated one month since their wedding. On the occasion, Vignesh Shivan treated fans to some memorable inside pictures of their ceremony featuring Rajinikanth, Shah Rukh, and Mani Ratnam.
