New Mom Alia Bhatt Pictured At Yoga Studio. See Pics

A month after daughter Raha's birth, new mom Alia Bhatt was pictured at a yoga studio in Mumbai on Wednesday morning. The actress was all smiles as she was photographed making her way out of the yoga studio. Alia, dressed in black athleisure, smiled at the paparazzi stationed outside the studio. Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor welcomed their first child, a daughter on November 6. In an Instagram post last month, the actress revealed that she and Ranbir have named their daughter Raha and the name was picked by Ranbir's mom Neetu Kapoor.

Alia Bhatt, explaining the name of her daughter Raha in an Instagram post, wrote: "The name Raha (chosen by her wise and wonderful Dadi) has so many beautiful meanings. Raha, in its purest form means divine path. In Swahili she is joy. In Sanskrit, Raha is a clan. In Bangla - rest, comfort, relief. In Arabic peace. It also means happiness, freedom and bliss. And true to her name, from the first moment we held her - we felt it all. Thank you Raha, for bringing our family to life, it feels as though our lives have only just begun."

Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor welcomed their first child, a baby daughter on November 6. The actress announced the news of her daughter's arrival with this post and she wrote: "And in the best news of our lives:- Our baby is here...and what a magical girl she is. We are officially bursting with love - blessed and obsessed Parents! Love, love, love Alia and Ranbir."

Alia Bhatt announced her pregnancy in an Instagram post in June this year. She married Brahmastra co-star Ranbir Kapoor in April this year at their house Vastu, in front of a few family members and close friends. The star couple had been dating for over 5 years before getting married. Their story began on the sets of Ayan Mukerji's Brahmastra, their first film together.
